You will be responsible for:
  • Locating and managing relationships with relevant banks and Financial Institutions (NBFIs).
  • Gathering, reviewing, and evaluating all essential documentation and information from merchants to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
  • Overseeing and managing the complete onboarding process for merchants, emphasizing the accuracy of data submitted while communicating with the relevant onboarding departments of the solution.
  • Ensuring that all onboarding procedures comply with industry regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) laws, know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, and other pertinent guidelines.
  • Offering guidance and assistance to merchants to help them fulfill all necessary prerequisites for successful onboarding.
  • Nurturing robust relationships with payment solutions providers globally.
  • Cultivating positive and enduring relationships with clients/merchants, leaving a favorable impression of the organization.

 

What makes you a great fit:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in banking, financial services, or payment service provider industry.
  • Sound knowledge of AML, KYC, KYB and regulatory compliance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with banking systems, financial technology, and risk management tools is advantageous.
