Job Title – Payment Partnerships
You will be responsible for:
- Identify, engage, and establish relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), acquirers, and payment companies to expand our payment network and align with business objectives.
- Develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners to drive revenue, optimize payment performance, and improve payment acceptance rates.
- Sell payment gateway solutions, payment processing services, and alternative payment methods to partners, focusing on driving growth and commercial opportunities.
- Lead the negotiation of commercial agreements, ensuring that contracts are executed efficiently and aligned with company goals.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, and marketing) to tailor solutions that meet the needs of partners and customers.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging payment technologies and market trends to identify new business opportunities and innovations in payment solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, sales pipelines, and commercial activities, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
What makes you a great fit:
- University Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the payments or fintech sector.
- Proven experience in selling payment gateway solutions or payment processing services.
- Strong understanding of Payment Service Providers (PSPs), acquiring, and alternative payment methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet targets.
- Business fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is a plus.
